Our Managed Services & Consulting team offers a full suite of services, including:
- Evaluations – detailed reviews of your security program requirements, recommendations for optimal usage of the SIMS product, and coordination of scripts and reports with our developers.
- Migration Management – comprehensive migration planning and scripting, including the migration of multiple SIMS databases into a central corporate database. For new customers, we assist with SIMS system setup, cutover planning and the migration of current security records into SIMS.
- Inspection Preparation – preparation assistance for security reviews, including SIMS setup, organization and the creation of reports and documentation.
- Upgrades – on-site upgrades performed by a SIMS technical support professional ensure that you’re leveraging the latest features.
