New SIMS DISS Conversion Utility v2.4.38 has been posted to Downloads – July 17, 2023

An updated version of the SIMS DISS Conversion Utility is now available for download.  The new version will accommodate a format change discovered with the latest DISS Subject Report.

The new conversion utility will accommodate an intermittent format change discovered with the latest DISS Subject Report. The Subject report may have double quotes in the headers preventing the conversion utility from recognizing the file headers. Please upgrade to the latest version that now supports headers with and without double quotes found on the Downloads page.
