Management Team

Jenny Nolan, Director of Product Management, joined SIMS Software in 2012. She is a 25-year veteran of the security industry whose experience and product knowledge, acquired as both a SIMS end user and employee, enable her to serve as an expert source on best practices, industry trends, and government regulations impacting SIMS clients. Jenny serves as a liaison between our customer and developers working to create and update SIMS Software products.  Jenny is a member of our managed services team dedicated to delivering a world-class customer experience and maximizing return on investment with a suite of services that includes: security program evaluations, migration services, SIMS program launch management support, on-site upgrades, and the highest levels of day-to-day support.

Prior to joining SIMS Software, Jenny served as a Security Manager and Facility Security Officer for some of the world’s largest defense contractors, including BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman and Cubic Worldwide Technical Services. She also served as a Program Security Officer for Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs. Jenny has been a SIMS user for over 15 years and is a trusted subject matter expert for clients and SIMS Software’s leadership and development teams.
