Senior Manager, Support Services
Jennifer Hill is responsible for leading and managing the customer support services for the comprehensive suite of SIMS Software product offerings. She leads and manages a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and implementing performance management strategies. She works to enhance the quality and efficiency of our customer support operations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues. She often serves as the voice of the customer providing valuable feedback and insights to cross departmental teams including product development, sales and marketing. Jennifer started with the organization in 2012 as a Tier 1 Support personnel and was subsequently promoted to her current position.
Prior to joining SIMS Software, Jennifer worked as a regional product trainer for LG Electronics, where she was pivotal in developing a comprehensive retail sales training program enabling the sales team to grow their product knowledge. In this role she assessed the customer needs and tailored the retail sales training program to meet the specific requirements that aligned with the sales department objectives.
Jennifer has a successful track record in customer service, product training, account management, and new customer implementations and data migrations. She brings over a decade of industrial security knowledge and is a member of NCMS (The Society of Industrial Security Professionals).
